During our sessions we’ll focus on what your individual challenges are and how to overcome them, feeding your family delicious food while working around individual tastes. I’ll guide you into making informed choices for your growing children’s daily nutritional requirements that will keep them satisfied, happy and growing into healthy young adults.
A free 50 minute health consultation is the first step, where I review your health history and health goals. We’ll discuss any symptoms you have, and work towards minimizing them (or preferably, getting rid of them altogether). By working closely with you, I will create a customized program that fits in with your daily routine, complementing and enhancing your family and lifestyle. We’ll get together every fortnight to make sure you’re on-track, and weekly email support will provide you with on-going delicious recipes.
